1Definitions and General Provisions

Certain words and terms used in these Terms carry the following meanings:

• "Platform" — The aes444.cam website and all services under it.
• "User" — Any person who accesses, registers on, or uses the platform.
• "Account" — A user's own registered profile through which services are accessed.

• Bonus abuse in breach of the rules.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Operating multiple accounts.

4Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on aes444 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The following payment methods are accepted:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the deposit.
• Payment details must match the verified information on the account.
• If bonus conditions have not been met, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

4.3 Currency and Tax

5Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. This means you must complete the amount of wagers equal to the bonus amount multiplied by 15.

• Winnings from bets placed with bonus credits will be added to the bonus balance.
• There is a set time to complete the wagering requirement — unused bonuses will be cancelled once the period expires.
• The contribution of bonus bets may vary for certain games.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or using any other dishonest method to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.

5.4 Other Promotions

From time to time aes444 offers various promotions, cashback offers and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own conditions which are clearly stated on the promotion page. If there is a conflict between the general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

6VIP Program and Rewards

The aes444 VIP program has five tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play and each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

The decision to award VIP rewards is entirely at the discretion of aes444. We reserve the right to cancel points earned through incorrect or dishonest means at any VIP tier.

7Game Rules and Fairness

7.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on aes444 are operated by certified software providers and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure fair outcomes. The platform uses SSL encryption and secure technology to keep data protected.

7.2 Betting Limits

7.3 Technical Errors

If a round is left incomplete due to a technical error, network disconnection, or software fault in any game, the result of that round may be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. This decision will be considered final.
